Fee Schedule

Our fee schedule is competitive and our work product guaranteed. We attempt to perform all appraisals in a timely manner and will gladly give an estimated turnaround time. In the rare case of an error or omission, we will correct the appraisal product at no cost to the client.

Payment Options

Institutional clients and known private clients will be billed upon completion of the report. Divorce appraisals and some private mortgage company assignments require payment in full prior to the property inspection. Complex assignments and some tax appeal cases may require a retainer that will be negotiated at the outset of the appraisal process.
