We believe in offering the best possible appraisal product and have confined
our business to only Addison County in order to achieve this goal. We also
believe that it is critically important to become an involved member of our
community. To that end, W.D. Benton Inc., Appraisers supports many organizations
including the Vergennes Partnership, Inc., Vergennes Opera House, Bixby Library,
Boys and Girls Club of Vergennes, Vergennes Union High School, Lake Champlain
Maritime Museum and others. William Benton has served as Chair of the Bixby
Library Board of Trustees and was a founding member and President of the
Vergennes Partnership, Inc. Kristin Benton is co-owner of Hollyhocks Flowers on
Main Street in Vergennes and has served on many volunteer organizations. We also
believe in shopping locally whenever possible. Our local businesses can offer
superior service and quality. Dollars spent locally create a multiplier effect
that benefits the entire business and service community.
